Keystone Site Company ("we") runs keystonesiteco.com and our client portal at portal.keystonesiteco.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Mockup requests: the name, business name, phone, email, business type, links, message, and any price estimate you send through our form.
- Client portal: your email address (to send sign-in links), your business details, and the change requests, photos, and files you send us.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic site statistics: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies or track you across sites.
How we use it
To reply to your request, build and maintain your website, process payments, and send you updates about your project or plan. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts our website and client portal.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Google Workspace holds our email.
Each handles data under its own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
Mockup requests: up to 2 years. Client records and invoices: as long as you're a client, plus the time required for tax and accounting records.
